As we primarily operate in the B2B (Business-to-Business) sector with high-volume wholesale and custom orders, our refund and return policies are strictly governed by the following professional commercial terms:
All mass production and customized shipments (including buyer-specified logos, packaging, sizes, and embossing) are considered FINAL SALE. Once an order has been produced and delivered matching the confirmed specifications, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY NON-QUALITY REASONS (such as change of mind, market fluctuations, or buyer’s overstocking).
1. Manufacturing Defects & Inspection Window
We enforce rigorous international quality control standards. However, if your shipment arrives with verified manufacturing defects or severe production errors, we will accept commercial claims strictly under the following conditions:
- 7-Day Claim Window: Buyers must inspect the cargo immediately upon arrival. Any quality discrepancy claims must be submitted to us via email at abby@yunlongep.com within 7 calendar days of customs clearance at the destination port. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored.
- Required Documentation: To initiate a claim, you must provide your Order Number, a detailed description of the discrepancy, and high-resolution photos/videos clearly showing the batch defects, package conditions, and original labels.
- Exclusions: YunlongEP is not responsible for any cargo damage, mold, or tearing caused by improper handling, poor warehouse storage conditions, man-made misuse, or third-party maritime logistics after the goods leave our FOB/CIF control points.
2. Authorized Commercial Resolutions
Upon verification and written approval of a manufacturing defect by our technical assessment team, the issue will be settled through mutual B2B agreement via one of the following methods (Full-order returns or cargo send-backs are strictly prohibited due to international customs complexities):
- Providing free replacement units or corrected batches in your next scheduled container shipment.
- Issuing an official Credit Note proportional to the verified defective quantity, to be deducted directly from the balance of your next wholesale purchase order.
3. Unauthorized Returns & Cargo Refusals
Any shipping containers, pallets, or packages returned to our manufacturing plant or original shipping port without a prior written Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by YunlongEP will be REJECTED. The buyer shall bear full legal and financial responsibility for all resulting return ocean freights, destination port demurrage, customs duties, storage fees, and disposal costs.
